CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our Refund Policy: We want all of you to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have any questions about what will be included in a service, product, program, membership, or course please reach out before purchasing as refunds will not be available for any service, product, program, membership, or course for sale on Occupational Therapy Skills Shop. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We work to describe and display our Products, Programs, and Services as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining our Products, Programs, and Services , please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Solicitation of any kind is not permitted in services, including but not limited to courses, resources, and live workshops. Occupational Therapy Skills Shop was created to educate clients and potential referral sources and not a platform for self-promotion for its users. Solicitation or advertisement is not allowed in this forum. Should solicitation occur, you will be banned from future participation, removed immediately from a course or program, and forfeit all refunds.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing a resource or service from Occupational Therapy Skills Shop, you are agreeing that the contents are the property of Occupational Therapy Skills Shop. The resources are licensed as a single user and can be used only for personal, classroom, or clinic setting. 

You may: Use purchased items for classroom students, clinic clients and parents, or your own personal use; Reference products in blog posts, at seminars, professional development workshops, or other such venues provided there is both credit given to Occupational Therapy Skills Shop as the author and written permission has been given (occupationaltherapyskills@gmail.com).

You may not: Claim purchased work as your own; Sell the files or combine them into another unit for sale/free; Alter/edit files to remove content or credit in any way; Post documents for sale/free elsewhere on the internet, including google drive links on blogs.; Make copies of purchased items to share with others is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the terms of use and a violation of copyright laws. ; Obtain products by Occupational Therapy Skills Shop through any of the channels listed above.

SERVICES, COURSES, AND LIVE WORKSHOPS

Payment is required prior to services rendered. All services, resources, courses, and live workshop purchases are final. It is the responsibility of the individual purchasing to complete all content by the due date mentioned on the sales page and in email communication. It is the responsibility of the individual purchasing to provide accurate contact information for all course links, passwords, and resource downloads. CHANGED TERMS

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
